    Nemo, you hit the nail on the head in many respects here. Thank you for clarifying that one can’t really “balance” work and life. I prefer the term work-life “structure” to remind myself that every priority in my life has a place. Even though I might spend more time working than actively playing with my children, when I feel the need to put my job before my children, it will be time to find a new job! You can borrow time from one priority to benefit another, but eventually the piper must be paid. Thanks a ton for sharing your personal story, and the setbacks you experienced while figuring this out.
